Structural web builds

Most websites are glass anchors.

We rebuild the structure underneath, so search engines rank you, AI assistants quote you, and the phone rings.

No obligation and no sales call. We will have your report back to you within a day.

Fig. 1 · Beautiful. Useless.
01 / The problem

Findable

Found by search

Real page structure, honest internal links, and nothing quietly blocking Google from reading you.

Readable

Read by machines

Marked-up hours, services and location, so AI assistants describe your business correctly.

Convertible

Built to inquire

A form that works on a phone, a number you can tap, and a clear path to the call.

02 / What we fix

Every audit checks the same 19 things.

Four categories, one score out of 100, and a plain sentence for each finding. A healthy site scores an 80 or better.

Findability5Whether you turn up at all.
  • Google Business Profile

The panel that appears beside your name in Google Maps and local results. When it is missing or unclaimed, the most valuable space on the results page is sitting empty.

  • Search basics: title, description, headings

The line Google prints as your search result, and the headings under it. When they are missing or repeated on every page, Google writes its own, and it rarely reads the way you would have written it.

  • Freshness

The most recent change we can date on your site. A site that looks abandoned gets treated as abandoned, by visitors and by search engines both.

  • Google reviews

Whether the reviews you have already earned are showing where someone looking for you would see them. Reviews do no work sitting somewhere nobody looks.

  • Social presence

Whether the profiles you actually keep up are linked from the site. A visitor who cannot find them assumes there are none.

Machine readability3Whether Google and AI assistants can parse you.
  • Structured data for your business

A labelled copy of your hours, services and location, written for machines rather than people. Without it, Google is guessing at facts you could simply be telling it.

  • Readable by AI assistants

Whether an assistant answering "who does this near me" can quote your site. If the page only exists after it loads and runs, there is nothing there to quote.

  • Hours listed

Whether your opening hours are written on the site in a form that can be read back. "Call to check" is the answer that loses the call.

Conversion path5Whether a visitor becomes an inquiry.
  • Click to call

Whether your phone number can be tapped on a phone. If it has to be copied out by hand, some of the people who meant to call you will not.

  • Contact form

Whether the form works, reaches an inbox somebody reads, and tells the visitor it went through.

  • Services or catalog

Whether what you sell is written down. A visitor who cannot tell whether you do the thing they need goes back to the search results.

  • Phone number visible

Whether the number is on the page without hunting for it, on a phone as well as on a desktop.

  • Map embed

Whether someone can see where you are and start directions without leaving the page.

Technical health6Whether the thing actually works.
  • Mobile responsive

Whether the site is usable on a phone, which is where most of the people looking for you are standing when they look.

  • Secure certificate

Whether browsers are showing your visitors a "Not Secure" warning before they have read a word.

  • Page speed

How long the page takes to become usable, measured with the same tool Google uses rather than one of ours. Google publishes exactly how that score is worked out.

    How Google scores page speed
  • Platform

What the site is built on, and whether that is limiting what can be done with it. We report what we found, not what it costs you.

  • Analytics installed

Whether anything is recording what visitors do, so a change to the site can be judged rather than guessed at.

  • Email on your own domain

Whether your address ends in your own business name rather than a free mail provider. It is the cheapest signal of a real business there is.

04 / The clean exit

Leaving is documented, not discovered.

Buy out whenever you want

At any point during the term, pay the remaining months at the monthly rate and own everything outright. No markup and no penalty. After the term it is month to month, and leaving costs nothing.

You keep the domain and the code, always

The site lives in a repository that is handed to you on exit, and the domain never leaves your own registrar account. Ownership sits with you from the first day to the last.

A written migration plan comes with it

Every exit comes with a hand-off guide, so you can run the site yourself or hand it to someone else without starting over.

05 / Questions
How do I know it will work?
Nobody honest guarantees Google rankings. What we guarantee is the checklist: everything red on your report today is green in ninety days, and we re-run the same audit to prove it.
I got burned by a website guy before.
You keep the domain and the code, always. The site lives in a repository handed to you on exit and the domain stays in your own account, so nobody can hold it hostage.
Why is there no phone number on this site?
Because we do not have one yet, and a number nobody answers is worse than none at all. Email reaches a person: hello@glassanchor.net. The audit comes back in writing either way.
All my business is word of mouth.
Word of mouth still ends at Google. Someone hears your name, searches it, and decides from what they find. That search result is the thing we rebuild.
My nephew handles the site.
It may be a fine build for the year it was made. The audit dates the most recent change we can find, and on most of the sites we survey that date is more than a year old.
Why does it take a day?
Because a person runs it. The checks are the same nineteen every time, but someone reads what they turned up before anything is sent, so the report says what was actually found on your site rather than what a tool guessed.
What does the free audit cost me?
Nothing, and there is no sales call attached. You get the report whether or not you ever talk to us. The next step after it is a scope conversation, not a contract.
06 / The next step

The report is yours either way.

No obligation and no sales call. We will have your report back to you within a day.
